With a strong pipeline of continued projects, we are looking for a new superstar Contracts Administrator to join the team and grow with the company. Ideally suited to an existing Contracts Administrator, who has between 3-5 + years of experience with a local builder having exposure to different project types, and having worked on projects from commencement to completion, you will be working within a team of construction project staff, under the direction of the Project Manager (on the project) and Chief Commercial, Governance and Legal Officer (for additional guidance and support). What you'll be responsible for: Contract Administration including coordinating contract execution and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle. Assisting Project Managers to maintain contract schedules, reports and registers, review invoices, generate payment schedules, process variations, and develop contract plans. Other Requirements including provision of information to managers and stakeholders and complying with safe operating procedures and legislative requirements. What you'll need to be successful Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Australian construction contract administration. Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills. Proficient in contract management principles, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Effective liaison with internal and external parties to resolve contractual issues. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple contracts concurrently. Experience with Jobpac or similar software is preferred. Knowledge of commercial and legal aspects of contracts. Proficient in maintaining contract documentation and schedules. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
