The Role: Hybrid Project Manager/Contract Administrator role Manage & oversee new build Peth construction projects. Recommend & implement improvement initiatives ensuring safety standards are of the highest level. Manage all client contract requirements while maintaining quality relationships built on professionalism & trust. Drive team productivity & accountability in a fast-paced environment. Multitasking & problem solving are critical requirements for this position. Provide advice & mentorship to the team around you. About you: Commercial new building industry experience *Essential A minimum of 5+ years' construction experience *Desired Degree qualified * Desired Technical aptitude, Strong communicator & team player with a focus on customer service.
