Office Management (Administration & Office Support) · Full-time position located in Bunbury region · Salary package: $100K - $115K + super + benefits About the role: Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will play a vital role in the operations of the company and as the Commercial Manager, you will be required to control and oversee the company's operations, administration, finance, and onsite trade staff. Working closely with the businesses external operations and accounting consultants, you will review, develop, and implement new company policies and procedures to ensure company compliance and high standard levels, conduct performance management reviews, analysis costings, reports, and P&L's. Responsibilities and accountabilities: Operations / HR / OHS: · Working with the MD to secure new projects through tenders, quotations, and business networking initiatives. · Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive efficiencies and company compliance. · Manage day to day jobs and oversee staff to ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently and to customer satisfaction. · Weekly job work allocation, manage budgets and costings. · Work closely with the team to manage HR related matters including leave, employment, termination etc with the assistance of the MD and external consultants. · Conduct regular performance reviews when required. · Assist the business in developing systems and processes including software, IT, HR/HSE systems. Finance: · Daily job and costing review to ensure invoicing is completed weekly. · Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, budgets, and purchase orders. · Oversee accounts and ensure that all statutory payments are paid on time and report this to the MD on a monthly, quarterly basis. · Monitor debtors and creditor accounts, conduct reviews and ensure payments are made on time, and to the agreed rates. · Finalise reports with the CFO, review and ensure all costs are accounted for, prior to reporting and providing to the MD.
