We are seeking a Commercial Account Specialist to enhance our commercial operations across Oceania. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Lely Centers by working closely with the Farm Management Support (FMS), Technical Service Support (TSS), and Account Management teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact our strategic initiatives and support the growth and development of our regional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the FMS, TSS, and Account Management teams to support Lely Centers, focusing on training and development as well as the execution of 5-year plans. Training and Development: Assist in the training and upskilling of Lely Center and Cluster teams. Market Intelligence: Gather and report market intelligence back to relevant stakeholders to inform strategic decisions. Regional Support: Act as the primary liaison for commercial and technical queries from the Oceania region, coordinating with teams from Lely International Head Office. Travel: Engage in regular local and international travel, primarily to New Zealand, to ensure close collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Reporting Structure:
The Commercial Account Specialist reports to the Manager Proposition and collaborates extensively with competence teams across the commercial sector.
