In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, servicing, and providing support to Producers and Account Executives. You will use your collaborative mindset, analytical skills, and desire for constant improvement to maintain and expand all assigned accounts and process documentation on new accounts. What you’ll do:Assist the Producer in identifying account-rounding and coverage enhancement opportunitiesAnalyze carrier quotes and coverages to determine the best options for the clientReview new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverageProvide policy service including changes, payments, claims and third-party communicationsAssist in presenting FIA products to new and existing customers by collaborating in renewal strategies, and preparing proposalsRespond to requests to research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history and underwriting issuesCollect detailed risk and underwriting information, including census data, survey data, and loss historyMaintain current knowledge of company underwriting and rating information. Follow agency standard procedures to maintain electronic files and informationWhat You’ll NeedTexas General Lines Agent License (Property & Casualty), or attainment within 90 days2+ years in the commercial insurance field or has obtained CISR or TIIA designation in Commercial LinesAbility to retain a Book of Business between $450,000 and $650,000Organizational skills and the ability to multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degreeInsurance professional designation such as CISR, ACSR, CRM, CICOur BenefitsAt Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
