Job Description:
Qantas Airways is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Specialist to join our team, working from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating leadership skills and creativity in problem-solving.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist with client onboarding and training as needed- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a client support role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Availability to work part-time hours from a home office in Adelaide, South Australia
