Qualifications and experience: Ability to work as part of a professional and energetic team, supporting both FOH and BOH with a mutual goal to provide outstanding service. 3+ years restaurant section waiter experience. Experience in running a section Strong wine knowledge or willingness to learn. WSET qualification is favourable but not essential. We are on the search for an individual who is passionate about food and beverage, who values local produce and sustainable practices. As we are a new venue with a small team, prova is currently operating on Friday and Saturday nights, however we are hoping to grow the offering in the future as our venue grows.
