After strong results and the completion of a recent investment round, we're now ready to bring on an additional Business Development Manager that will help drive the next phase of growth for the business in the Sydney & ACT property market. A bit about the role We are looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented sales professional who is passionate to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the ideal candidate will look to grow revenue through effective sales strategies, including a focus on recruiting and growing new logos for the company. What are the key responsibilities? Sales: Business Development and deal management: Prospecting new clients and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, renewal and revenue expansion. Engaging with customers: Identifying needs, presenting tailored solutions, closing deals, and achieving KPIs. Building Relationships: Creating and sustaining relationships with new and existing clients, in your assigned territory. Research and Prospecting: Conducting market research, identifying new clients, and arranging business meetings. Sales Process Management: Following internal processes, scoping requirements, delivering proposals, and completing necessary forms. Performance Targets: Achieving and exceeding sales targets, quarterly KPIs, and contributing to overall business strategies. Occasional travel will be required to meet with prospects and clients in your assigned territory. Project Briefing: Formulate and provide a comprehensive Project Brief. Attend all WIP meetings with Project Managers upon signing clients. Ensure ongoing communication with the Project Manager throughout project delivery. Attend training sessions with clients and ensure a QA of the product has been completed prior to the session. Client Management: Attend project launches as required Maintain close communication with clients from initial brief through to completion Continue to service and build the relationship with the client after sale is complete Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Reporting: Maintain current records of all deals and their statuses in the CRM. Maintain accurate reporting on all activity tracking related to our CRM and the Weekly Sales Report. Attend interstate business meetings as required. What success looks like Achieve and exceed revenue growth targets on a quarterly and annual basis for your assigned territory.
