Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Business Analyst!Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational change, projects, and enhancements? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analysis and discussions to elicit precise business requirements.Prepare comprehensive business requirements documents aligned with operational best practices.Review existing processes ('As Is') and propose necessary changes for optimal 'To Be' processes.Define and manage plans to ensure timely deliverables in accordance with client specifications.Identify and communicate Risks, Issues, Assumptions & Dependencies to the Project Manager.Actively support Technical Analysts and participate in solution design.Provide input into the development of training needs, procedures, and business readiness plans.Support all testing stages to ensure the implemented solution aligns with agreed requirements.Manage post-implementation support to minimize business disruption.Maintain strong communication channels with business users and IT developers.Follow up on outstanding issues promptly to ensure project closure.Drive business improvements by identifying and addressing ongoing quality issues.Review team working practices to identify opportunities for quality or productivity enhancements.Experience & Personal Attributes:2 years of Business Analysis experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.Organized planner with strong organizational skills.Thorough knowledge of best practice administration processes and procedures is desirable.Familiarity with client and regulatory requirements and operational frameworks is a plus.Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or a related discipline.What's it like to work here?We're proud to have created a culture and work environment that is supportive, values diversity, inclusion, flexibility, and blended working.
