Pan After is seeking an experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to join their team three days per week (Thursday - Saturday). This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly creative business in a leading role. Celebrating individual histories and design stories, Pan After has scoured the globe to bring a curated collection and diverse array of objects to Australia, fostering genuine, long-standing relationships with creators and customers in the process. Reporting directly to the Showroom Manager, the Assistant Showroom Manager is responsible for all retail activity, including the management of retail staff, customer relations, e-commerce fulfilment, sales and general retail performance, administration, while maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals. The Assistant Showroom Manager will have a consultative approach to customers whilst understanding the brands quality and design aesthetic. It is a multi-faceted role in a senior position with a focus on sales and leadership; where experience, initiative and dynamic thinking are key. As an integral position within the Pan After team, the candidate will share a passion for, and understanding of, design and interiors and be naturally in-line with the brands values. The candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and understand the complexities of driving a growing retail business. This role is a permanent Part-Time position with the working days of Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 9am - 5pm.
