Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital You will work closely with employees (caregivers), external consultants and contractors, to support all aspects of the redevelopment project, including construction delivery, operational readiness and transition. A key focus is supporting the redevelopment project management team with the planning, management, delivery of outcomes and reporting to meet agreed timeframes, quality standards and allocated budgets. The redevelopment of St John of God Subiaco Hospital (SJGSH) will enable SJGHC to build on the 125-year tradition of providing quality, patient centric care to the community. It will enable SJGSH to continue to be a world-class centre of clinical excellence delivering person-centred care in a contemporary environment which supports healing, new life, clinical excellence and innovation. The Position Support the successful execution of complex, high value and/or high-risk construction projects for the Subiaco Redevelopment. In conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders, define and document project deliverables. Develop detailed plans for each deliverable as required, including milestones, timeframes and budgets as necessary. Manage implementation with consultant teams & caregivers under the guidance of the Director Redevelopment. Effectively resource, schedule, and coordinate project activities. Effectively manage project scope by ensuring that changes are documented, approved and registered Preparation of financials and reporting, including the tracking of estimates, actuals and forecasts. Manage Project Risk and Issues including identifying, registering, and driving treatment activities that mitigate project risks and resolve issues within agreed accountabilities. Effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project expectations are understood, agreed and met. You will have demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of complex construction projects across all development lifecycle phases, sound understanding of project management methodologies with tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, excellent problem solving ability, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with ability to articulate the business context of projects and the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation To succeed you will have the ability to work autonomously with highly developed time management and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines and sound understanding of the Health Care industry.
