We provide fully integrated environmental and social assessment and management services including concept and feasibility, technical assessment, consultation, approvals, delivery, operations, and decommissioning.Umwelt has an exciting newly created opportunity for an Application & Integration Specialist with good business acumen, combined with solid experience in implementation, integration, and support skills in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Low Code Platform Integration and Support.Reporting into our national ICT Lead and working on our Microsoft 365 solution stack and related enterprise applications, you will manage, integrate, and improve business solutions that match our growing business needs and capabilities. You will work with various SaaS platforms and integration tools that provide services for different types of users located nearby and nationally.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical advice and build solutions to meet the specific needs of our SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Power Platforms, and drive initiatives across work areas and geographical locationsExpertise in managing SharePoint environments, encompassing tasks such as site collection administration, templating, automated TeamSite builds, and ongoing maintenance of SharePoint servers and servicesExpertise in Microsoft Power functions, forms, and Microsoft 365 servicesCapability to identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, connectivity, and compatibility with other systemsExperience in implementing and managing SharePoint management strategies to ensure data protection and business continuityManage incidents on production-running software by determining the causes, escalating to proper teams, following up, and close tickets in the agreed timeframePerform and coordinate testing activities and promote DevOps practices, pushing for continuous improvement in documenting, simplifying, or automating activitiesFully comply with internal processes and procedures, as well as ICT best practices and methodologiesLook for solutions and explore innovation opportunities; leveraging scripting and/or develop (or coordinate development of) integration solutions to allow third-party software to be deployed in our environmentsCoordinate with the ICT team and broader Umwelt departments to scope, package, integrate and manage external providers as requiredAbout You:The successful applicant for this position, will be an ICT professional with experience in the below areas:Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot SharePoint issues, analyse user requirements, and propose effective solutionsExtensive experience in SharePoint and Microsoft development and usage at scale, with a strong understanding of the Microsoft Stack including: Microsoft 365 and Azure services, Microsoft Server platforms, Entra, AD and SSO, Power Automate, Forms, Flow and PowerBiDemonstrated understanding of business systems operation and integration, backed with solid general ICT skillsSound understanding of information systems administration tasks and responsibilitiesScripting, using Microsoft365 automation tools as well as 3rd party integration toolsHighly motivated with a customer and quality focusStrong collaboration and communication skills with a professional and mature approachSupporting remote staffAbility to work with a range of stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for all Umwelt staffAbility to prioritise and work effectively under pressure without compromising on qualityProven ability to work with initiative and minimal supervisionExperience with multiple Line of Business SaaS platforms5 ++ years recent relevant industry experience in a similar roleWhat We Offer:Workplace culture is paramount at Umwelt.
