We are hiring three Mid-Market Account Executives in Sydney who will play a massive role in Gong's growth. As the first boots-on-the-ground Account Executive for APAC, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business. We are looking for a builder who is excited to break into a new market, run your territory & help write the regional playbook. If you're looking for an opportunity to make big waves and perfect your sales skills, this might be the right place for you! RESPONSIBILITIES Manage prospects from lead to close. Provide an exceptional customer experience. Provide timely and accurate forecasts while managing a pipeline. Partnering with International teams based largely in the US / EMEA to ensure the voice of the region and its customers are being heard. Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers. Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company size. Exceed Quota. QUALIFICATIONS 5-7 years of relevant work/closing experience. Track record of overachieving revenue targets Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional fluency in English. Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented & well-organized. A strong team player but still a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Available and have a working visa to work from Sydney, Australia. Experienced in selling transformation/visionary solutions, especially where there isn't an obvious budget (demand creation vs. fulfillment). Comfortable leading technical presentation/demo and owning full customer lifecycle from prospect to close. Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented & well-organized. A team player with high integrity and grit. An advocate for the region focusing on what you can control in order to ensure you and Gong are successful.
