Technical Business AnalystAbout the role...

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will align information technology systems with business operations by analysing requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and finding innovative solutions. Your duties include providing expert technical knowledge on key platforms and system integration and you will work with our business stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate these into functional and non-functional requirements through a range of techniques including interviews, elaboration workshops and technical specifications. You will deliver system impact assessments, gap analysis and ensure technical specifications and other technical artefacts are of high quality and provided within agreed timeframes. Working closely with our test teams - both internal and external, you will participate in testing and analysing test results. You will build a detailed knowledge and understanding of the core platforms that can be used to ensure all changes are designed to uphold the integrity of Great Southern Bank's core application service delivery.

You are an influential member of the technology team that delivers secure and reliable Customer Experience and Internal Business Support services to our customers and employees. We enable technologies and services that maintainpliance, improve service consistency and reliability, reduce risk and deliver on new features that make our customers lives easier.

About you...

4 plus years of experience as a technical business analyst within medium to largeplex organisations (Finance industry experience desirable)

Strong demonstrated experience of the following:

Core analytical skills, including - breaking down problems and developing effective requirements and solutions; facilitating workshops, and building relationships with key stakeholders and external partners across all levels.

Application of Agile principles

Benefit and option analysis to support feasibility oues of strategic initiatives

Strong understanding of the software development life cycle within agile environments

Extensive experience working on multiple project types including implementation of COTS mercial off the shelf) solutions; delivery of technology solutions, including digital technologies

Advanced written and verbalmunications skills

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with a strong Member service focus

Experience working with product owners developing prioritised backlogs based on value

Previous experience in working on technical projects in performing analysis to deliver front end member/customer facing features and journeys

Degree in management, business, IT or similar

Experience with BABOK

Experienced in agile framework or other agile accreditation/s
