An 'employer of choice' within the commercial property management space, this growing independent business is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team.
A professional, sociable and supportive business, this position is Monday to Friday only, managing 30 properties, 60+ tenancies of mostly commercial properties with a few industrial and retail.
Whilst the portfolio will include large commercial offices (6000 sq m), the portfolio size can be crafted based on your previous experience.
This is a diverse, autonomous, Commercial Property Manager role that will give you hands-on exposure to the full cycle of commercial asset management.
Requirements A current Real Estate Certificate Some experience within commercial, industrial or retail property/asset management A diverse understanding of lease interpretation Some understanding of relevant Acts and Statutory requirements Strong communication skills Professional presentation Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with tenants, contractors and clients Excellent attention to detail Highly organised and excellent time management skills Strong people skills and a desire to help build team culture Experience with Re-Leased (preferred but not essential) Benefits Zero 'micro management' - Manage your own week with support there when you need it.
